healthy habits

Hello I am Rofida and I like blogging about different things. Today I will talk about healthy habits.
Find a healthy balance of play and exercise. Healthy food water social time and good sleep. When you put together all these things you can be your best and achieve everything you want. Put your phone away when you can and enjoy the outside world with your family and friends. If you have healthy habits you feel strong happy and have good relationships. Everybody of your age should drink six to eight glasses of water a day. Try not to drink me sodas they are not good for your heart or teeth. Everybody of your age should exercise for 1 hour per day this can be playing with friends going out on your bike walking to school or swimming. Try not to spend more than 2 hours a day online. If you eat a bath five pieces of fruit beer day you feel better try to eat fruit  instead of try to go to bed at 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. so you get enough sleep. Everybody of your age should sleep for 8 to 10 hours a night.
